The project combines structural reinforcement with a careful spatial reorganization, adapting the existing fabric to contemporary living standards and the specific needs of the client. The main design interventions are subtractive in nature, where selective removals open up the plan and allow for a cross-lit living area filled with sunlight throughout the day.
